Salaar Movie Production & Announcement
Vijay Kiragandur, the founder of Hombale Films, which is producing the supernatural action thriller Salaar, gave us an update on this much-awaited project. Talking to Pinkvilla, he said, “We are shooting for about 30 percent of the film. After that Prabhas got busy with the promotions of Radhe Shyam and Prashant signed with the post-production of KGF 2. We will start shooting this movie in the month of May and now the Salaar will release in 2023. The film is likely to release in the middle of April and June.”
As for the story of the supernatural action thriller, producer Vijay said, “There is a strict direction from the director not to reveal the story, but it is a real pleasure to work with Prabhas. He is dear to us, he is the dearest person. And I am not just talking about stardom, but he is very close to us on the personal front as well. The Telugu superstar has seen some crowds and really liked the way it was shot.”

Salaar Movie Trailer release date (Postponed)
Vijay Kiragandur assured that the film has been made globally and the audience will have a great experience watching it in theatres. When asked whether the Prabhas starrer will be a two-part saga, the head of the film Hombale said, “It is something we cannot tell right now. We will wait for the right time.”
Salaar will be the third pan-India film for Hombale Films after KGF: Chapter 1 and KGF: Chapter 2. The banner is also planning to produce two more pan-India films. He said, “We will announce two more pan-India films in the month of June. Saalar is our third and we will release it in five Indian languages.”
