If the winning amount exceeds one lakh rupees, the winning ticket must be surrendered to the Director of State Lotteries after the prize winner’s signature, name, and address are affixed to the backside of the tickets along with the following documents:
- A claim application and a self-attested photocopy of both sides of the ticket are required.
- Two passport-sized photographs of the lottery winner, attested by a Gazetted Officer/Notary.
