On March 26, 1964, Sukhwinder Singh Sukhu was born in the Sera village of the Nadaun tehsil of the Hamirpur district. He was elected a member of the legislature for the fourth time from the Nadaun assembly constituency in 2003, 2007, 2017, and currently 2023.
In office as State Congress president from January 8, 2013, to January 10, 2019, he joined the Ticket Distribution Committee in April 2023 and was appointed chairman of the Himachal Pradesh Congress Election Campaign Committee. Now the INC has finalized the CM face of Himachal Pradesh that none other than Mr. Sukhvinder Sing Sukku. He takes oath as the 15th CM of Himachal and Mukesh Agnihotri as his deputy in today’s swearing ceremony.
